This card adds LoRa and GPD capabilities to your CL-32. This will allow you to sent long range radio messages to other devices as well as knowing where in the world you are.
The card will also let you use systems like Meshtastic with your CL-32, turning it into a mesh communication device


Specs
The main module on the card is the Wio-SX1262 from Seeed Studio which is connected using the following pins
- power switch – pin 8
- rf_sw1 – pin 15
- miso – pin 16
- mosi – pin 17
- sck – pin 18
- rst – pin 21
- nss – pin 38
- dio1 – pin 39
- busy – pin 40
The antenna pin of the module is connected to Antenna 1 on the back PCB of the case by default. This can be changed by cutting a trace and adding solder blobs to connect Antenna 2. There is a second solder jumper that you can break and solder to change the antenna connection from the module to the IPEX connector allowing you use use an external antenna
There is also a GPS module which is an atgm336h. The pins are connected as follows
- on/off – pin 41
- txd – pin 42
- rxd – pin 47
There is a small antenna on the tip of the board. This should give enough connection outdoors, but this will need some testing
